We tried Rosati's for the first time right before they opened last weekend. We were walking by and thought we'd ask for a menu. To our surprise, they offered us a free pizza! Since I'm vegetarian and the hubby is not, we did half veggie, and half with sausage. It was SO good! I have to say that this pizza is different than any I've had in the area. The edges of the crust are crisp, which I absolutely loved. The flavor was great, ingredients fresh, and even had a little kick to it. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed.

Well, well, well, look what we've got here. I love the fact that good, new, established chains are finally making their way over to the Valrico/Lithia area. I'd never heard of this place, but after some research found that they have a very respectable following. Based on that, decided to give it a try, and I too came away very impressed. Finally Chicago style pizza in Florida. And it's amazing. Had pizza at another pizza place that claims it's Chicago style,doesn't even compare. Great deep dish with a great buttery crust with gobs of cheese. Also try a chief beef sandwich. Awesome! Don't forget dessert. Had a cannoli,I think the shells are homemade. Chrisp not soggy, Mimi chocolate chips in the filling,and crusted with pistachios nuts. And I am a connoisseur of tiramisu, you won't be disappointed, light and fluffy. So happy ,great pizza in Valrico !

I'm from Chicago but been in Florida for 18 yrs. When I seen Rosati's coming to Valrico we got excited. My wife and I ate Rosati's pizza every week when we met 29 yrs ago. Well we ordered for delivery last night. Let's just say it's exactly like it was so many yrs ago. We eat pizza about every 10 days or so. Rosati's of Valrico has gained a our business from here on out. All you other pizza places in the area take notice. Being a lover of real deep pizza pies; I was ecstatic to hear this place was opening. Having tried all the Gino's, Lou malnatti, and pizzeria uno joints in Chicago, I didn't feel anything outside of Chicago could compete. Wrong. It took me back to those restaurants of Chicago; and yet they delivered it to my door. The pizza was exceptional, fresh, and their online ordering is perfect. Well done and keep it up!

We ordered the deep dish with Italian sausage and black olives. It was good, but not exactly what I was expecting for deep dish. I will try it again, the menu looks good!

My husband and I both love Chicago style deep dish pizza so when we heard about this place opening up so close to us we were so excited! We ordered a pizza for delivery on opening night and the wait time was reasonable. I love the fact that they have an online ordering system! The pizza was truly outstanding! Definitely up there with the top Chicago pizza shops. We are so happy this place opened up in our neighborhood! Definitely our favorite pizza shop moving forward.

So happy to have Rosati's in my neighborhood. Today I was invited to their pre-opening VIP event. We had a sausage Pizza, it was like being back in Chicago. I see Pizza, subs and Italian beef in my future. Just wish it was a sit down.

Is this place ever going to open back up? They have been closed for months for maintenance. Message on the phone says opening soon but that has been the same for more than 3 months. Anyone have an accurate update. Love me some Rosati's.
