Couldn't purchase pizza due to not having Apple Pay at all can't even pay online I came from 20 mins away to pick up the pizza and come to find out they don't have Apple Pay

Place was nice and clean and people were nice, but very very disappointed with the deep dish pizza!! The worst deep dish pizza I have ever had! It was hard and nothing but bread with a thin layer of cheese and sauce. Save your $24!

This was the first time I've tried Rosatis Italian food. I ordered two 12" pizzas and the cheese and sauce was over salted. The Rosati Cheef I ordered was worse as far as the amount of salt. The sub was soggy. I ordered a salad and wings and those were fine. The main dishes were substandard and I will not order from Rosatis again.

we are from Chicago and Rosati's was our go to pizza place. was very excited to have one here when we moved to Florida. This franchise is a complete train wreck. we have ordered from here probably a dozen or so times. the positive is the pizza is good, it's the same Rosati's you'd expect in Chicago. the service here is poor. ridiculously poor. and it's getting worse over time. it used to be they'd screw up the order half of the time. now it is basically every order. 2 pizzas ago they left off toppings... read more

The food there was horrible the delivery was totally screwed up the only thing good about that place was it gave us a good refund and all the food that we did not want

5.00 advertised slice of pizza and a drink is not honored. Was told it has been 6.00 for a year now but they never change there sign in front of the store? Employee sleeping on the floor in front of the cooler when I walked in. Another Employee that is ringing up people sitting on the floor next to him and did not even wash her hands after getting up to help me after touching the floor then she gets a piece of pizza. Really don't like someone that does not wash there hands after touching the floor and handling food.

Stopped for a slice and by the taste that pie was a couple days old. Benn here when it first opened and it was good. This time I wished I'd have gone to speedway.

once again , they cannot complete an order. I don't understand the issue but if the tracker says ready and you go to pick up the order and they say it will be five minutes. Watch to see if the 15 years old they have staffing the store, start to whisper then tha means your order was not mad, a terrible perfromace and service location
They are slow and overwhelmed , how long does it take don't say 20 minutes when you know its an hour ! Never again
