Man, how can I order online an hour before I wanted to pick-up, then get a text that says my order is ready to pick --- only to rush in only have the kid at the register tell me that they had not even put my pizza the oven, and the pick-up notice was on a timer, and gets sent out automatically. Are you kidding me?!?!I guess that's what happens when you staff with young people that do not appear to be trained in customer service. No pizza is worth this much grief. Really. Ordered for pick up tonight at 7:29pm tracked the order online and was told my 14" deep dish would be ready between 8:05pm & 8:15pm. When you order online you can track your order so closer to time I re checked the order and it said your order is ready for pick up. Arrived at Rosatis and there was a gentleman in front of me there to pick up his order and was told his order is just going in the oven and it would be 15 mins and he told them that he ordered an hour ago and he tracked it online and said it was ready for pick up.... read more

Is anyone else having an issue with Rosati's? You get put on hold multiple times for 10 mins or so each time. Then the customer service is horrendous. It's like yea we'll get to you when we can. Going down hill fast. Nobody cares. Then delivery without indicating a time is 2 hours later. Pizzas were delivered and wasn't even what I ordered! WhT has happened????

We were so excited when we received the menu! We are from Jersey, so its been hard to find quality Pizza here in Florida like we are used to. Last night, around 5:30pm, My husband called several times, the phone rang and rang, and no one ever picked up. Even to say, "We will be right with you". Not sure what that is all about, but, nonetheless, gave us the impression that they must not need our business.
It is a shame that our favorite pizza place that we order from bi-weekly gave another disappointing experience. Customer service seems to have gone by the wayside- and that's from the owner himself. Times are hard as we know, so honor your promotions, and be friendly when you don't!
had to post at least one star to get the review going but really is no star review. So so so bad. Thin crust was rubbery and absolutely gross. Chicago style was tough- no flavor crust was like a rock saw said no flavor .. it's like they just threw sauce on top from a can and then melted a ton of mozzarella on top to cover it up. Manager said they've never ever ever had anyone ever say anything like this about their Pizza... Really don't believe that. Bleh.
So, all I have heard was how great Rosati's pizza is from co workers. So Friday night with no dinner plans decided what heck let's give it a try. Couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered 14 in Rosati monster, 16 in 4 meat, wings, and antipasto salad. Wings were ok. Monster didn't have all the toppings advertised. When I questioned girl told me veggies were under the cheese. This is the third time we've order from here and I am sick and tired of cold stale pizza. It was only good the first time and since COVID it's like they don't give a damn about quality. Don't tell me to pick up my order in 50 min and then give me cold ass pizza. I've tried but I am done with this place. They don't deserve my business and no one else should eat here until they get their shit together.
Now THIS is authentic Chicago Pizza. Have been ordering from them since I learned about the place 4 years ago. No only complaint I have is the last two times we ordered from them they burned our pizza. So the last time we called to complain. The entire pizza was just burnt and not edible. They told us the next pizza we order will be free and will add a note in system. We offered to send them picture of the burnt pizza.
