This is the third time we've order from here and I am sick and tired of cold stale pizza. It was only good the first time and since COVID it's like they don't give a damn about quality. Don't tell me to pick up my order in 50 min and then give me cold ass pizza. I've tried but I am done with this place. They don't deserve my business and no one else should eat here until they get their shit together.

Now THIS is authentic Chicago Pizza. Have been ordering from them since I learned about the place 4 years ago. No only complaint I have is the last two times we ordered from them they burned our pizza. So the last time we called to complain. The entire pizza was just burnt and not edible. They told us the next pizza we order will be free and will add a note in system. We offered to send them picture of the burnt pizza. I decided to order a pick up due to this virus. My pickup time was 7:15-7:30. Didn't get food till 7:35. Got home and Lasagna was cold and taste was not impressive. Deep dish extra cheese pizza had no flavor at all. Ordered extra garlic bread which was missing from the order. Still waiting for a refund on that. Won't be going there again.

Ordered from Rosati's Pizza for lunch today I ordered 2 calzones with pepperoni and they sent this ... I called and said I think you made a mistake on my order there is no ricotta cheese they only put in some mozzarella and pepperoni. We talked and the guy said I can credit you for your next order. I asked him if he can make 2 more the right way and bring them over to the office ( 1 block away). He agreed. So ill tell you that having spent the first 26 years of my life in Chicago I was relieved that I had an option for an authentically grid cut, flat, real Chicago pizza finally particularly since Giordano's closed in Brandon a couple of years ago. I buy about 3 or 4 times a month about $40 to $50 worth of Rosattis in Valrico ... I'm a regular. but my issue is the incredible inconssistency in the level of doneness. 50 % ok. 25% way undercooked, 25% way overcooked. I really don't get it! Absolutely flavorless. The sauce didn't taste like anything. The best I can say, is it was hot and fresh. But there's so much more to pizza.

I ordered food from this place today for the first time and I was disappointed with the food. I ordered Chicken Parm and I was not impressed. I am picky about my Italian and this just did not sit well with me. I am particular about the taste of the red sauce used, whether home made or not, this dish had more crushed tomatoes than an actual sauce. Slow service. Disorganized kitchen staff. The staff is young and it appears there is no leadership in the kitchen. This store needs attention from management. I waited 45 minutes for a small pepperoni pizza. The gentleman next to me said he had been waiting nearly 2 hrs. His first pizza was burned. His replacement order was incorrect. My pizza was not bad tasting, but not worth the wait. I can get a better pizza in 10 minutes from Domino's.

First of all we were surprised that this was a take out only place. Not sure if that was a miss on our part but it did catch us off guard. Having said that we ordered a variety of things to try off the menu. The mozzarella sticks were pretty basic but the kids liked them which was really all that mattered.
