Great place to live. The staffs always treat you like you family, no harassment.
I rented the apartment because I was new to the area (job transfer) and these apartments had vacancies where no one else did. That should have been my first clue that this place wasn't all that; that and the free 1 and 1/2 months of rent. However, it seemed nice enough, and it was the only thing I found on rent.com.
I am an American Veteran who currently gone back to higher education for my Master degree in Computer science. I found that the quite surrounding make studying so much easier than the city life. I have lived at Rosemeade since 3/2005. To date our highest electric bill has been 120.00 and we did run the AC constantly over the summer. The office staff has been responsive to my requests which have been many due to some maintenance and upkeep issues. The neighbors have been friendly and quiet so far. Overall I cannot give Rosemeade a horrible rating. I guess we will see what happens when...
I am very impressed with this apartment complex. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is huge and always kept prestine. Management is very accomodating and the maintenance men go above and beyond. The apartment is beautiful and included a washer and dryer which is very convient. I feel safe living here with my young son and that was most important to me. It is very quiet and comfortable here....

I have owned a house for a number of years and my husband and I recently divorced. I needed to find a apartment and it had to have a list of ammenties. I also needed to find a place central in Mass. with access to all the major freeways.
I'm right on with some of these other reviews...no reward for being a loyal tenant. The management [office manager] has poor concept of turnaround time or 'wow' customer service. Very slow to respond and not always clear on what is advertised versus what you get in apartments. We need more cheerful and helpful staff in our community.
