I lived at Rosemeade for one year; I had intended to live there three years while I finished my doctorate.It looked nice in the summer.. a pool to relax in, a fitness center and trails in the back. After about six months into my lease, I couldn't wait to leave. Winter was terrible there.
I have lived at Rosemeade for 6 months now and I am not satisfied. I have lived in much nicer aparments for a lot less money. Electric heat gives you a $200 bill every months unless you decide to live under blankets. The office staff is very hard to get a hold of and messages to maintenence somehow get lost two or three times in a row.
I agree entirely with everyone elses comments. The office staff are losers. They act like kids, and will screw you at every chance they get.

Rosemeade is a beautiful apt complex in a less than beautiful town. However, the office staff are completely unprofessional and downright rude. Dont even think about going to them with any problems or questions! They will suck up to until the lease is signed, and then they will treat you like dirt. They have actually been very rude to myself and other residents and treat you like you are stupid!
