I met lots of nice people here this weekend. Residents participated in a community yard sale. This was a nice way for a newcomer to meet people and a chance to get rid of some stuff!
Rosemeade has made huge improvements since the tornadoe devistation.Ive been here 3 plus years .There has been several contractors working and its been a long haul,ultimately this also resulted in a turn over in staffing some of us were able to approach corporate management and adjustments were made.My previous complaints have been resolved./ 100 good things and 1 bad equals 38 %? The atmosphere: It feels more like I live in a little house than an apartment. I have beautiful high ceilings and a charming fireplace. My cat loves sitting on the big windowsills and even living by the woods, I get lots of light.
I've lived at Rosemeade for over 8 years without a problem. It's safe, clean and well kept. The management and maintainence staff are friendly and professional. Perhaps those that complain should read their lease. Abide by the terms of the lease and show some concern for your neighbors and things go smoothly. Been a resident for over 3 years now - the buildings are being upgrade (new energy efficient windows and doors), the office staff is always willing to listen and take action when necessary on any issues. The maintenance staff is timely, consistant and friendly. Parking can be an issue when neighbors don't adhere to the rules...but otherwise a nice comfortable place to live.
My daughter and I have been living at Rosemeade for more than 3 years -- and we LOVE it!
My wife and I have enjoyed the stay here since we moved in last year. The staff is very easy to work with. Every work order we submitted was taken care of immediately. The common areas are kept nice and clean. Neighbors are nice too. The best thing we like is the buildings, they are like a great piece of art work looking from the distance.
I was there for one year. Electric bill runs so high. You have to make one year lease every year to keep you rent low. The rent relatively very high. Every year they increase rent. The behaviour of office staffs is frastating. They dont care about their tanet. They only need your money by any means.
I mean, this is just getting ridiculous. i live in Rosemeade now and I almost want to move just from reading what they write about themselves.
