My husband and I met here and couldn't be happier. The staff and services are just what you'd expect. Many many positive attributes.
Going on 2 years with Rosemeade and obviously happy as we're renewing. Management & Staff always have been helpful and friendly. Maintenance top notch, always there within a resonable time. Upgrades on frig., carpeting, yearly checks on fireplace safety etc... Would recommend, and HAVE to friends and family.
Regardless of what everyone else says, I am very pleased with the staff at Rosemeade, I have lived here for almost 2 years and I cant say enough on how professional, polite and friendly the staff has been. I would highly recommend Rosemeade to anyone that is looking for a clean, quiet, and very friendly environment.
I am very surprised at these reviews. I mean, the place isn't perfect, but I have lived in some BAD apartment complexes, and this is not one. Maintenance is good, office staff is good... I'm not to sure what these other residents are looking for. People have to realize the good things about apartments; no mowing the lawn, no fixing things when they break, not being tied to a mortgage.... But if...
I am going to look at an apartment here on Saturday. I have dogs that is why I chose to look here. However, I have a low credit score due medical bills and student loans that are currently being paid off but slowly. I was wondering how perfect credit needs to be to live here, or am I just wasting my time ? Thank you
The staff and complex are excellent. The staff is always courteous, helpful and very aware of each residents' particular needs. The facilities are a constant source of pride for me and my family. It has been an absolute pleasure to reside here these past two years.

Rosemeade has done a poor job of plowing the lot, at least after this winter storm. The snow eneded on Saturday, and it is now Tueday evening. The whole back region of the lot, which you don't see when you get a tour of the apartments, has a pack of snow that becomes an iceway in the evening. It isn't very safe. Besides that, they have not plowed some parking spaces, which makes it difficult to...
Are you kidding me? Where do I start? Not bad if you don't mind paying $200 a month for electricity. Good luck trying to get any help from the office staff. My hat is off to the maintenance staff though, they usually resolve any problems in a reasonable amount of time (provided that they ever get the message from the aforementioned office staff). There is no way I would even recommend this...
