I'm 36 in a home full of older adults. I have been ignored, given attitude, some of the CNAs are incompetent and don't know what they're doing. The best CNAs are Sydney, Kauther, Henny, and CeCe. I love my PT/OT team and I love Summer the nurse and Summer with activities. However, there are staff who need to go through sensitivity training. Also, for a place dealing with people in wheelchairs, you would think that this place would be more ADA accessible, but it's not. I have enjoyed working here over the past two years. The facility just had the floors redone in the hallways and some of the patient rooms - - it looks fantastic.

Thank you Roseville Care Center and staff for going above and beyond for each patient. High five to the Discharge planners who work so diligently with huge hearts to help each patient! Appreciate all the hard working workers who make a difference! Definitely recommend

Roseville Care Center has THE KINDEST, most caring staff I have ever met. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and I couldn't be more appreciative! If you have a loved one who needs a medical rehab facility, this is the place!

I was asked to remodel the lobby recently and add pictures to some of the walls. I have been to other nursing homes over the years and I was impressed with the overall feeling of the facility. It's not a new facility but the lobby looks refreshed and updated now. The staff were friendly and welcoming to me as a stranger walking down the halls hanging artwork. Seems like a great place overall.

My mother was in Roseville Care Center November 2021 for a couple of weeks. The centers decor is old but the facility is clean. The staff is very pleasant and tries to be accomodating as possible. My mother was treated wth care, kindness and respect. It is not an easy time during covid protocols but all the staff made it very pleasant for us to visit. The facility has a lot of beds and can not always be instant when needed such as getting up to go to the bathroom but would answer the call button within 20 minutes. The ... read more

I have been going to RCC for the past 2 years as an outside agency nurse. I highly commend their staff for providing the best care for their patients. I had one patient in RCC that has huge wound that they were able to heal even if the patient is on hospice care. They are MIRACLE WORKERS! The facility can be very busy but they ensure the best care for their patients!

This is a wonderful care center they offer short term and long term services my grandma has been here for a few weeks not long term the cna and rehabilitations staff and nurses have been very great to her they have been great with her diet needs since she doesn't like fish they have been really great not to give it to her this establishment is a very clean atmosphere very clean establishment you do not smell any unpleasant smells when entering this establishment which is very nice this place has definitely improved from when... read more

I have been here for 50 days after breaking my leg and will be home soon. Before I leave I'd like to show appreciation to everyone who was so nice. RCC has a great medical team, they are warm and treat me like I am very important. Cherrie (treatment nurse) checks wounds everyday and the physical therapy team is incredible. I have not met one bad employee and I'd like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
