We stayed in Water Sound West, at the Peaceful Easy Going Home on Quarter Moon Lane (off Plimsol Way). Beautiful home, just not as big as anticipated. No cell phone service, unless you walk around in community. Some outlets did not work in the upstairs area. Air conditioning system not the best....took some time to cool down. And, home states you get 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Just be aware you have to call every day to get the rental company to set out.. We loved Forever Grateful!! Beautiful home very well equipped, lots of extra touches. We had our family of 20 and everyone had enough room, but we could all be together too. We will be back!!

BLUE MOON My family and I have been coming to the Gulf Shores(Destin to Santa Rosa area) area for the past 12 years. We would rent a house large enough to accommodate 16 people. We have had no issues until this time. First thing we were not able to check in until 4:40, not the 4:00 promise time). The key to the golf cart I rented wasn't in the packet. No offer was made to deliver the key. My son had to pick it up at the office on Sunday morning. Upon getting everything moved in, we notice the ice maker was not working and... read more
I will never rent from Royal Destinations again. Stayed in 2Bin rosemary this summer. All documents stated, "Two beach chairs and an umbrella will be set up each morning, after arrival, at the beach nearest your vacation home, weather permitting." When we got to the beach we were told we did not have chairs. I called and they said the chairs were in the storage area of the condo. No where did it indicate we were to find the locker and lug our own chairs and umbrella to the beach. I had called several times prior to ou... read more
