BLUE MOON My family and I have been coming to the Gulf Shores(Destin to Santa Rosa area) area for the past 12 years. We would rent a house large enough to accommodate 16 people. We have had no issues until this time. First thing we were not able to check in until 4:40, not the 4:00 promise time). The key to the golf cart I rented wasn't in the packet. I will never rent from Royal Destinations again. Stayed in 2Bin rosemary this summer. All documents stated, "Two beach chairs and an umbrella will be set up each morning, after arrival, at the beach nearest your vacation home, weather permitting." When we got to the beach we were told we did not have chairs. I called and they said the chairs were in the storage area of the condo. No where did it indicate we were to find the locker and lug our own chairs and umbrella to the beach. I had called several times prior to ou... read more

We rented Barefoot Daze through this company. The staff was basically unreachable even when issues arose. We had no water for several hours morning and had to call 20 times to get through. Same issue when the cable went out. On our first day a hypodermic needle was left behind and open next to the pool by their pool company after a repair to the light. Thank goodness one of our children didnt step on it in barefeet. When we called they acted as if it was no big deal. Judy is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Take o... read more

I can't remember the last time I wrote a review online for a product or company, but our experience with Royal Beach Rentals left such a terrible impression that I felt the need to say something. The customer service was almost comically bad. Each interaction with the staff members impressed upon us that they could not be bothered to help us; we were consistently made to feel like we were a problem. None of our calls were returned, despite constant assurance we'd be contacted shortly, etc. We called to ask for the code for... read more
