We just finished our stay at 265 Clareon and we’re less than pleased with the cleanliness and amenities at this home. The pool was so cloudy when we got there, only to find a poopy diaper right next to the pool, not cleaned up. They did send the pool company out to shock it the next day, but we had 2 kids throw up later that night. Then they told us our wash machine didn’t work upon arrival which is very difficult when you specifically book a house with a wash machine. Buena Vista was the house we stayed in and there was mold everywhere from the inside of the house to the outside front and back. Our oven did not work the entire time we were there, two days before we left someone from Royal Destinations brought us a toaster oven for more than 20 people to use. That was a joke you can’t make anything for that may parole in a toaster oven. Ill be taking Royal Destinations to court over these issues. 165 East Kingston Rd Rosemary Beach Florida was not as advertised. During our stay from June 11th to June 18th 2022. There were a number of issues with this property. The property had Roaches inside the home in the kitchen and bedrooms. The outside pool area was a disaster. Fountains in the pool did not work, there was mold on the siding by the outside pool and sitting area, there was paint peeling from all outside door trim and from the outside siding. We just got back from Florida and had a great week. But I wanted to share our experince with Royal Desitantions. I have never written a Facebook review, but I know a lot of my friends go to 30A and I wanted to warn others: do not rent property from Royal Destination. They screwed us out of $2,000 and I spent my entire week trying to get it back. An employee of RD, in their consierge department, instructed us to rent beach chairs from an equipment rental company. Staying here now. Our golf cart that came with the property we booked is broken. We’ve been told it cannot be repaired or replaced during our stay. We were offered a $250 refund. That is not even enough money to rent a replacement assuming one is available. My in-laws are elderly and we were depending on this golf cart for them to get around. SO DISAPPOINTED. Will not use Royal Destinations again.
Nasty! Roach Bugs ! Pool was not clean ! Terrible customer service!
Dirty the roach bug infested house sea la vie was filthy and over ran with roach bugs I was humiliated in front of my guests when we arrived to find such filth in what was advertised as a beautiful clean home especially in times like these with Covid you expect rentals to be even more clean! In 2020 I booked a house and two weeks before arrival I got an email and phone call telling me the property had been sold. Scrambling to rearrange everything and everyone and to find something last minute. We had to put a party of 11 in a 3 bedroom condo as that was all that was Available and within the price point of affordability. I was assured this ever happens and was a rare occasion. We checked in last night at 5 pm. I will spare the minor details of fruit flies, downstairs a/c not working properly, and poor job of cleaning prior to check in. What I won’t spare are the pictures of every floor of mold - coming from vents , coming from outlets, it’s everywhere. The response has been extremely poor and downright dangerous. I’m posting as a health hazard warning and will update once I know problem is rectified. They have left me no choice to do this.
