DO NOT RENT SEABOURN - 120 GEOFF WILDER The home is located on a beautiful beach front property near Rosemary Beach. However, I am completely disappointed to report that the home is not maintained well. The following is merely a list of the most egregious problems that we encountered. The key matter at hand is that the main kitchen cooktop was not cracked upon your party's arrival at Seabourn and it was cracked upon your departure. We (and our homeowners) expect a certain degree of guest 'usage' for each stay, however a cracked cooktop is well beyond normal wear and tear. SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT RENT SEABOURN in ROSEMARY BEACH!!! We rented the Seabourn Home from Royal Destinations for a mother/daughter celebration for our girls' 8th grade graduation. We are a group of women comprised of doctors, lawyers, business owners, therapists, and stay at home moms. When we arrived at the home we found many things about the house to be worn down. The house manager, Kim,for Wave on Wave has poor management skills. She never followed up with us at the end when we repeatedly complained about construction on the site next door. When we spoke with her at the beginning of the week she never apologized for all the problems we were having with grill, tv, ac....This company was never forthcoming about the construction. Royal Destinations contacted us 1 month prior to a paid reservation during a holiday week to say the owners no longer wanted to rent it out. Plane flights and reservations have already be paid based additionally that are not changeable. Do NOT use this rental service. You will risk having your rental property no longer available at their leisure. Absolutely unacceptable.

We stayed in Water Sound West, at the Peaceful Easy Going Home on Quarter Moon Lane (off Plimsol Way). Beautiful home, just not as big as anticipated. No cell phone service, unless you walk around in community. Some outlets did not work in the upstairs area. Air conditioning system not the best....took some time to cool down. And, home states you get 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Just be aware you have to call every day to get the rental company to set out.. We arrived on a Saturday, and finally saw our chairs o... read more

We loved Forever Grateful!! Beautiful home very well equipped, lots of extra touches. We had our family of 20 and everyone had enough room, but we could all be together too. We will be back!!
