If you’d like to not live out of a cooler for over 24 hours, lose hundreds of dollars of food, and find out the unit had bed bugs, I’d stay clear of Beachside #5 1848 E. County Hwy 30 A!!!!

It was actually our second time staying at this particular house and the location and house is great. The only complaint I have is the beach chair service. I will never rent from royal destination concierge again. The chairs were grossly over rented for the amount of beach space available. We were smothered by sorrounding chairs most days. We were also set up on the rear row 5 out of 6 days. I emailed concierge inquiring about this and she told me they rotate so everyone gets front row turns. Booked a condo 2 months or more in advance, got a call one week before saying I was going to be upgraded to a different place at $700 more. No thank you! My husband and I stayed in the unit prior to the 2nd booking and loved it and Watersound where it was located. Went back in fourth with the company, 1st call was about the upgrade, 2nd call was everything is fine your good, 3rd call back saying we are going to have to move you after all. Booked and paid for reservation back in February after my father passed away so family could spend some time together this summer. Reservation canceled on June 2 because we were from Louisiana. Louisiana ban lifted on June 4th, Management company not caring or responsive to helping us find a new booking. Will never use this company again. Too many great options to use. Have used Seaside Homeowner's in the past years and always had a great time and responsive management company.

Royal Destinations is totally insensitive regarding the coronavirus pandemic! Rather than release bookings without penalty they are refusing - referring to 60 day advance cancellation - and saying it’s up to the individual homeowner. Yesterday, they responded to my I inquiry with promotional verbiage about Florida’s beauty, and Royal Destination’s clean homes and laundry. Do not stay at All Inn. We were there the week of 7/20/19. The floors were dirty (including dried blood), the garbage outside was rotting, the pool was not serviced (guy came and said there was zero chemicals in it), ant and roach problem, stained and dirty kitchen and living room furniture, old and dead landscaping was piled up next to the house. Sea la Vie - House we rented last week was DIRTY!!!! Garbage under furniture, mold in kitchen and bathrooms, body hair in bathrooms, pistachio shells on kitchen counter, sandy kitchen floor, candy stuck to furniture, bag of moldy food inside storage ottoman. The icing on the cake was the disgusting stains on mattress pads! Did I complain at the time of our stay?
