We rented Barefoot Daze through this company. The staff was basically unreachable even when issues arose. We had no water for several hours morning and had to call 20 times to get through. Same issue when the cable went out. On our first day a hypodermic needle was left behind and open next to the pool by their pool company after a repair to the light. I can't remember the last time I wrote a review online for a product or company, but our experience with Royal Beach Rentals left such a terrible impression that I felt the need to say something. The customer service was almost comically bad. Each interaction with the staff members impressed upon us that they could not be bothered to help us; we were consistently made to feel like we were a problem. None of our calls were returned, despite constant assurance we'd be contacted shortly, etc. We called to ask for the code for... read more
