Get directionsI was recently a resident at Rush Court. The manager came to the hospital to assess me and the whole process to admission was smooth. The room was well furnished, they even put a bird table outside my window. All the staff were caring and respectful and well-led and trained to a high standard. The manager and her team ensured that everything was in place for my return home. I would have no hesitation in returning if ever I needed care. You could really feel that the staff cared for your every need.
My husband stayed at Rush Court for 2 1/2 weeks of respite care. We were very pleased with how much care was taken to meet his care needs.
My mother was recently at Rush Court for respite. The manager was responsive and professional and led an excellent team of care staff, administration and reception. All the staff were attentive, kind and caring, a very relaxing atmosphere, very homely, nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly use Rush Court again if we need respite or long term care. Thank you.
I decided to spend a fortnight at Rush Court to recuperate after three sessions in hospital and three doses of chemotherapy. I wanted a buffer between hospital and home where I could be free of noise and disturbance and with a caring, helpful staff. Rush Court has been a boon for me, providing a peaceful, well-heated, comfortable environment and I have been recovering fast in this sheltered environment.
My nana was at Rush Court in the last couple of months of her life. She needed nursing care. The staff, facilities, atmosphere and standard of care were excellent, meaning my nana could have a comfortable and peaceful final time in her life, which was with dignity and affection. This also helped me as I had complete trust in the care she was receiving.
I was in the nursing section, my room was excellent, well-appointed, clean a comfortable bed and recliner chair. There was a cloakroom attached. There were plenty of cupboards and a wardrobe. There was a door to the garden and view of bird feeders which were replenished every day. The gardens were delightful excellent paths and plants. The staff were always efficient helpful and smiling. The menus were good. The staff made every effort to involve the resident in the activities. I benefited from my stay.
My aunt was happy at Rush Court. She enjoyed the food and was happy with the staff. She enjoyed the food. I thought the additional cost for pedicures, manicures, toiletries and physiotherapy sessions were rather expensive bearing in mind the cost of the 'home'.
All the staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, kind and thoughtful always. They tended to my mother with dignity and care but with humour and kindness. With thanks to you all.
All the staff and management at the home have been helpful, compassionate and caring they respected our wishes and made mother happy and always on hand to do her wishes. The home is very comfortable and beautifully furnished in a homely way. Many thanks to all of them.
