The representative was very nice and helpful. He was very patient in walking me through the steps so that I could gain access to be able to log back in. It was a true pleasure dealing with him.
My biggest frustration is that there is no electronic communication what so ever. It seems that in 2017, a company this size should be able to communicate a reinstatement of mortgage, for instance. It feels very much like punishment to have to wait a month to get a confirmation of reinstatement. Phone messages were too brief and did not state the purpose of any call.
