You made a mistake with my payment. I have paid my insurance for escrow and you are over charging me On my house payment. I have reached out to you by phone to inform you of the problem. I talked to Your Dallas customer service. It took two days of holding to contact someone.. so frustrating, I don’t recommend your company to anyone. The absolute worse company to ever have to deal with! After 3 months of both myself and my insurance agent contacting them, emailing them and faxing the policy, they still say they cannot find it and they have purchased a policy on their own which costs 3 times more than the one I found.
Among the worst in the nation. Extremely poor communicators never respond to emails or faxes and or phone calls. Went through two hours and 40 minutes of maze yesterday February 6, 2023. Bottom line was I finally got through to someone who was extremely helpful and very patient. That l assistance increase my star rating to two.

Worst possible thing that could have happened to me was that old company sold my loan to these people. They have zero care for their clients. Every call takes approximately 90 minutes to get someone on the line. The first thing their automated message says is that your loan conditions won't change which is the biggest lie. Ever since they took over my loan my payments have doubled. They are the biggest scam ever!
Horrible company. After hurricane Ian they stated I could delay my payments, I have not gotten written confirmation but have had them send an employee to my home to hand deliver late notice paperwork. As if the situation has not been stressful enough. They are liars and cons and I wish my mortgage never got sold to this company
