No good experience with this company and this is with me having a perfect payment history.
Worse company ever to deal with, but if you do BRING THE VASELINE! Especially with Darnita in the Loss Draft Dept.

You can improve by hiring employees that are working to help Rushmore/Good Mortgage customers unlike Daun Monroe and Michelle Angel.
Train your associates better. Customer shouldn’t be told 3 different answers in one week. Lack empathy and need a more training In their perspective fields.
Stay away. Far away. I attempted to reach out to find out why over 20k of my loan was sent to HUD and the lady I spoke said she doesn't know why and I needed to call my title company to get any information I needed from them. If it weren't for refinancing my loan with my bank, I would have never of known about this secondary loan. I can't wait to move my mortgage to a company that will actually explain everything to me in a way that's understandable.
