You can't find my payment. I don't like that if I pay by phone then you find it, I either get a bad rating from you on the "bank's stop payment" or I pay twice for that month. You should have something that shows that the months payment has been made. The check was sent to you on February 23, 2017, to date it hasn't posted. I don't want a late charge from you or to have to stop the payment. You can tell from the payment history that we never pay late.
