I was concerned about working with a mortgage company I hadn't heard of before. And there isn't a ton of information on Rushmore out there. But on the whole I've been pleased with every contact I've had with Rushmore. Every time I've had a problem making a payment, or some other concern, everybody at Rushmore was genuinely interested in helping me. My biggest complaint is communication. IF I believed that the answer would change the outcome of future experiences I would say but having dealt w/Rushmore these last 7 years I would say the experience gets WORSE and WORSER

The gentleman I was working was one of the most patronizing people I have ever worked with. He acted like every time we asked a question that it was such a massive inconvenience to him. The loan is paid off and my hope is I never have to work with this company in the future.

one of the worst customer services. I called the lossdraft department to get an advise for an issue, they told lie and gave me wrong information multiple times. better to not contact them and stay away from them as much as possible.
