Verify that what was requested and needed was done. A check was issued with my name and my deceased husbands name that could not cash or deposit. Upon calling, was advised check would be reissued with my name only. Check was reissued the same way the second time.
Only one time, a representative was so rude, i hung up on her. It was a very harrassing, mean call, and it was a woman, but I don't have her name.
due to hurricane Irma I called, to defer sept payment. I was told it would be done. Spoke to them again the Begining of month was told don’t worry everything will be ok don’t worry about it. Yes we will overnight your paperwork....lies consistently ... called them repeatedly.agent that supposedly handles that never returned my calls.... sorry you have to speak to her she handles that bam! Voicemail left messages still awaiting a call back.. I got an intent to foreclose letter today. Truly sad!

Rushmore acquired my loan from HFC ,I thought HFC was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with Rushmore made HFC look like a million dollars. Rude unprofessional agents the website looked like a fifth grader designed it. I was with them for five months and they were never able to let me make payments online. I refinanced with another company during this I needed a payment history it only took three weeks to get it. If you are looking to get a mortgage with them PLEASE DON'T . I sent in two check to be endorsed for my roof repair on may 30 I am still waiting for o e of the checks. it seems no one can find it after they received it. and I received a letter from Rushmore telling me my repairs have to be done in 30days. but i cant because i have not received one of the two checks i send to you.
Funny how the first question of this survey dictates whether I can rate the number of stars to give. I click yes I would recommend (assuming a good experience ) then I get more questions and can rate. If I click no I don't recommend I just get a box asking why, no stars. Without even getting into why I don't like doing business with this company that says a lot about you. Horrible
WHEN I CALLED IN AND SPOKE TO THE PERSON SHE TOLD ME HOW TO GO ON THE WEB SITE IN ORDER TO MAkE A PAYMENT AND TO ALSO ADD ANY AMOUNT TO MY PRINCIPLE. EVERY SINCE MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT GOT LOST IN THE MAIL I HAVE BEEN AFRAID TO MAIL IT AGAIN AND IT TAKE MY BANK 5 days to process my payment and we don't want our mortgage to be late
