My mother recently passed away which was a rough hardship itself, except Rushmore has made things way way way more difficult thanks to their zero communication skills. I was originally told I would be the "successor of interest" to have the mortgage put in my name if I went through the "probate" process and did all their required steps, which I have done them ALL solely for them and was not easy! Hire people that can understand me and not have to fax ever thing to get something done. Report my mortgage to the credit bureaus like I have asked the last six months. Noting gets do that I asked for.

I'm not sure how Rushmore is getting all these great reviews on their sites. On almost all other sites they have 1 star including BBB and yelp. Just getting a payoff so we can close has been a nightmare. They can't even get basic things done. Do yourself a favor and do not go with Rushmore. I'm pretty sure some of these reviews are fake, check out the other sites.

Awful. Terrible communication, terrible servicing, terrible customer service. They change your payment without any advanced notice or any reasoning. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a mortgage servicing experience as they have but nothing but a pain.
