Call and have to listen to lengthy message, finally get a live person after being hung up on by message saying several times. Live person can't change my phone number, longer wait still never got that done.

It been nothing but trouble throw out the check s coming in my wife's name I gave you guy death certicate and did what you all told me to do . Hope it gets work out so I can get the money for what is mine from hurricane damage and I got and escrow check to with my wife's name on it and I called on that to and was told I will be getting a new check with just my name not my wife's hope this all gets worked . Very unhappy about how this was all handle

The 1st agent I spoke with Was not very clear and I wasn't sure she understood stood what I was asking. Therefore I had to ask to speak to a supervisor who answered my question clearly and succinctly

Rushmore loan management services is the worst home mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They bought my home mortgage and raised the monthly payment $200 per month. No other documents where provided other than how much monthly payment is. When I called them I could only speak to someone in another country, not the United states where the loan is at. They had limited information and could not explain why my payment went up. I have fixed mortgage rate and nothing has changed for it to go up. It's been 2 months now and stil... read more

Upon loan transfer from another service provider Rushmore stole $2,800 and at first denied later could not figure out where money went to. I became short by one monthly payment while they refuse to admit any wrong doing. CS was always clueless and nasty, saga continued for 2 month. Numerous phone call, email. I was on the phone for 15 minutes before talking to actual person. Than was transferred and told to fax them and they would respond by mail. Is this 1987?

Every month I have tried to pay on line has been a hassle, since my account was transferred to this company. Most times I have had to call in several times to get a password reset and try again, some of the customer service people have had to reset more than one time. I pray this changes soon as I now always dreadaking a pmt. Never happened with the last company. Ever!
