I would give zero stars if i could. This company is in the 19th century. You can only draw on your loans via paper checks which they sent me way back and I promptly destroyed figuring I could do electronic payments. Now I have spent two hours trying to get replacement checks. And they tried to charge me $30 when I finally got to the right person. Stay away from this company. They Mis manage loans

Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC is the worst mortgage & debt collection company ever. There customer service sucks, the people barely speak English, they have had my loan messed up every sense they bought it from Roundpoint mortgage. When I call them they have no clue what is going on, always say I am late & I have never been late on any payment. This is how messed up they are sending mortgage assistance paperwork in the mail. Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC is the worst mortgage & debt collection company ever. Be sure when you take over a loan send updated info to the client homeowners insurance co since its included in the payment along with the property taxes. I had to contact Farm Bureau because they sent me a notice saying my insurance hadnt been paid. WHY. YOU ALL FAILED TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT THE TRANSFER OF MY LOAN FROM BAYVIEW. GET THINGS STRAIGHT! !!

They added a deferred loan to my mortgage of $6,000.00 , if any client out there who this happened to you too please contact me . It is a crime what they had done , I never had a deferred loan on my mortgage , I had been asking them for 5 months to show me proof of this and never got any paper work . We have been waiting for a document for 4 weeks and they say they will give it to us but they are not. We are having to get legal support to get this information. Horrible company!

I sm very unhappy with the upcoming baloon payment thay your agency is going to inflict through Beneficial. Beneficial has conducted some ruthless business, now that procrss had been passed on to you. I am an older woman not wishong to make house payments for an additional 34 years ad your baloon payment suggest. I am exploring Federal help to look into all transactions relatve to my account. Added fees, invented fees, fees for everything. If its not in writing, no actions taken. I can't wait to get rid of this mortgage company.
