Rushmore continues to add ghost charges such as property inspections despite my account being current. Unnecessary charges are force placed such as earthquake insurance??!! I DON'T LIVE IN AN EARTHQUAKE ZONE! Added interior insurance AFTER 20 YEARS DESPITE NOT BEING IN MY LOAN DOCS. Can't wait to get rid of this shady stealing company.

this is the worst mortgage company by far... they take money without permission and then the put the money in the wrong areas... they affect people's good credit and do not care... to reach a person on phone will take 7 tries and many many hours on hold... you will then be outside america to someone who can not spell mortgage... and then have to be re routed again and again... emails are never responded to... letters are not either... they do not care and will ruin your financial world... and there is no way out...i hav... read more
I am a contractor doing work on a claim for a customer. These people are horrific. Don't plan on getting your money from them. Also...check out the other site where they have 155 complaints and a one star rating. Stay away.....far far away.

In April 2018 I received a letter from our mortgage company stating that our loan was being transferred to Rushmore mortgage company. I am mediately look this company up on the Better Business Bureau website and was happy to see the A+ rating, until I read the reviews. I have no idea how this company has received an A+ rating when I would very horrible reviews and complaints. Our loan was officially transferred on May 2, 2018, at that time we were in the middle of a loss mitigation settlement with Roundpoint Mortgage. Roun... read more
