This company is a joke. They are ripoff artists. All of their reps are rude and disrespectful. They talk to you with such disrespect. All they care about is stealing more money from you. Fast talking, very deceitful. If you have a choice, avoid this company by a cause. Avoid Paulette in the Collection Department too. She is the worst I have ever dealt with.

The executive manager helped me. He even told me why my mortgage agent up... It was my insurance. I have found another instance company. He was so nice, I will never leave this mortgage company!!

Words can’t describe how horrible this company is. It is no surprise companies like this attempted to crash our economy. After 10 years, they decided I wasn’t carrying insureance on my property. I sent them proof that I was, that proof wasn’t good enough, then their issue became about something else, when I answered that they changed the goal post again, and again. I faxed in a Third Party Payment Agreement from my Annunity company, for someone at Rushmore could fill out the document sign and fax back to the proper individual. It has been almost 3 months in the process and several calls with customer service and the form is still not completed. I spoke with Mr Ben Lee on 3-16-2018 for the first time after leaving several messages. Mr Lee promised to find out what is the problem with the document and will get back with me on 3-19-18.

I applied an additional payment at the end of 2016 to get ahead on my payment. The interest was not applied to my year end statement. I disputed it and was told it would be used towards 2017 interest. I took them at their word. Mistake. I get around to 2017 and it is still not on there. I am told after getting the run around for several weeks that they can’t use 2016 interest in 2017. We had no choice in this ...our loan was switched over without us knowing and it has been the worst experience ever ...rude people. ..had problems with our insurance which was fine before and after trying to call and fix matters the lady was very rude and we keep have issue after issue with this place !!!
