I was scammed by this company, they forged my signature. I did not sign the agreement they said I did. When I spoke with the salesman he said it was a quarterly service. I did not sign anything so I wrongfully assumed I could cancel anytime. Then I was receiving texts that I had an upcoming service less than a month later. I call to cancel and come to find out I am supposably in a binding deal for two years for a monthly service that is $129.99 a month and the cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining services. Three times they were supposed to change traps inside the house and three times they did not bother to knock on the door - just treated the outside of the house and left. Each time, I had to call and arrange for them to come back and do it the service as promised. I was told I get a reservice. It is not a reservice if the service is not performed properly in the first place! And of course it should be free! Do not hire this company. I signed a two-year contract with them back in 2017 for nine services. Years later they are telling me I am still under contract and there is no way to get out of it. They are rude, they will come and spray your house even when you ask them not to. They do not keep track of their phone calls the way they should. Absolutely atrocious. I had to call them out to my house multiple times. They left trash in my yard multiple times. The customer service department did not handle a very bad situation. I would never recommend hiring this company at all whatsoever for how they handled an easily fixable situation.
Horrible company to work with. The second technician to come placed traps I specifically asked them not to, and claimed he could not find the traps the first technician placed. The third technician claimed they showed up and no one was home, we had been home all day and then checked ring to make sure I did not miss something and he NEVER showed up.
