We hired them thinking that they would take care of our spider issues in our basement. At first, everything was great. That is how they get you. After 2 years, we still had the same spider activity as before the services. My mom passed away, and they refused to let us cancel our contract with them. They wanted over $1000 in cancellation fees. Edge promises satisfaction or they will come back and retreat. I had this service for a full year, as I couldn?t get out of the contract. During that time, I asked them to come back several times and the usual wait time was 1 month. I had both the pest and mosquito service. In both cases I was far from ?satisfied ?.
Most of the weeds are still there. They said they would die within 7 days. However the contract locks you in before you know it worked or not. They suck!
The initial visits were great, after that the Service was downhill. In April 2019, I signed up for a year...two techs that came in July said our contract was up and that they were coming to pick up their equipment. Another tech came out and didnt bring ANY equipment. Feeling like I have been swindled.
After my experience with you, please cancel my service and refund my money. After 3 UNSATISFACTOY visits, I was told I would be assigned a preferred rep. I was told I would have my preferred representative come out yesterday - he did not. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to the rep showing up -I did not get a call. Instead, some guy that ive never met or talked to, showed up at my home when i was not there and spoke with my wife who was home alone. UNACCEPTABLE. I called Edge Pest Control yesterday to report seeing "ant dirt hills" around my garage door and also on the back patio...a technician was sent out and arrived during the set upon time frame after calling to let me know that she was on her way...areas involved sprayed thoroughly and hopefully that will be the end to this problem.
Half the time they did not show up to maintain the trap. When they did, they did not have a ladder to get to trap. Twice, their technicians told me they (Edge) put it in the wrong place. I requested a refund which they refused - only offering to *redo* the service. I had to call the bank to reverse credit card charge for failure to perform.
