The name of the guy was Jim, he was very kind and polite, I haven't seen the results yet but I was glad they came within the time frame they said they will come, checked inside and outside of my house, sprayed some chemicals and set some traps, explained things and Benjamin responded to my emails quickly which is very nice...they didn't come to my house without prior appointment (someone did and I wasn't home I didn't even talked to them yet) I just wished their contract (1 year) is not made that way coz if forces you to pay... read more

the technician that came to the house was very thorough. he explained everything and was very courteous and professional.
It is a one year commitment.
They came the very next day and were on time, a great value, set traps to get the rodent and they sprayed for bugs. Travis is the gentleman who performed the service and he should receive an award for his customer service and kindness while in my home. He is based in the Denver office so please pass the word back. We look forward to a pest and rodent free relationship with Edge Pest Control for a long time. Thanks!
