Horrible company to work with. The second technician to come placed traps I specifically asked them not to, and claimed he could not find the traps the first technician placed. The third technician claimed they showed up and no one was home, we had been home all day and then checked ring to make sure I did not miss something and he NEVER showed up. Up front with pricing and terms of service. Respond quickly to customer concerns. Technicians always explain what they are doing and why. They also responded to every one of my questions/concerns no matter how small it seemed to me. This is my first time using a pest control service, and I am pleased even though we are at the beginning of the contract.

I have used Edge for many years. I hired them when the Voles started destroying my yard and bushes. They come out quarterly to spray outside for pest, bug activity and then refill the boxes to get rid of the voles. I have not seen a vole for several years and see no evidence of them. I have yet have any bugs or mice in my garage or house so I feel whatever they are doing works....

He hired them 9 months ago. Because we have mice and they did not help at all! Today they actually told us that we needed to pay more if not they will only give us mouse traps and advice

Do not use Edge. They are not honest and do not follow through with their commitments. I have used them for 3 years, I consistently would call their office and ask them to call me one day in advance of coming so that I could ensure we were home for them to spray inside and outside of our house. They would NEVER call me in advance. They would text/call as they were pulling up to my house - not allowing me any time to get there from work, therefor only spraying the outside of my house (50% of the contract). There were different people each visit. There was 1 woman who always did a great job. Checking all the traps and filling all the bait stations. The rest would be here and gone in minutes without letting me know they were done. They claimed to have checked and filled all the stations but never came in the house and could not have gone in my backyard without me unlocking the gate. I hired the company originally for rodent control. Initially - the first year- it was very succesful. However , a year ago they switched to a different method which basically meant I could catch at the most 6 mice- they are now using traps- and still charging $139.99. Needless to say I am not continuing their service. 6 mousetraps in 3 baitboxes will net me at the most 6 mice. After being on hold for up to an hour x1 I am still not sure if they got the message. Never again!

We have found the technicians who do the work to be capable and courteous. The office and management-level, however, have been horrendous to deal with. They have been unconscionably discourteous, dilatory and angry/mean in conversations. They have not worked on our behalf - we, the customers. We lost our home in a wildfire six months ago. A complete loss. And yet, the management will not let us out of our contract. They charged my credit card for $209 termination fee without my consent.
