They come quarterly and let us know 2 days before coming. If you're home they will come inside and address any concerns you have.
I have the service come back because after they service a mouse was caught in this Snappy trap, but upon return, they did not replace the snappy trap with another one, they removed it, and they put down a sticky pad that now two days later has folded in half so it is not going to catch anything so I am very unhappy about that I want Snapytrap put back in. I was not asked if it was okay because I specifically asked them to put a snap trap in there and he said well I am going to put a sticky pad.
I had a scheduled service on 12/16 or 12/17. Arrived early before 8AM. The wife was upstairs getting ready for work and seen they showed up, through the windows facing the street. She saw the rep never got out of the van. Then I receive an email stating my service has been completed!! Absolutely, shameful I will be canceling service!!!
The first time they came, it was great. The second time was very disappointing. I have cameras and they did not even come inside or do my backyard. And charged me full price for a 1/3 of the work. Not cool!
I have hired them for trapping of Voles in my frontyard. At the time of signing up for service they told that they are expert in Trapping voles but its almost three months now and Iâ m seeing more voles running in my frontyard. Every time i talk to them they sent some one claiming that he will take care of it but all they do replace bait. We had several wasps on the front porch and back porch that would swarm arround us when we ate and would fly into the house from open sliding doors. The first tech just sprayed and did not find nests. Wasps still around so I called and company sent out more experienced tech, KYLE. He found 3 newly formed nests under the porch railings and a very large 2nd floor eaves in back. He knocked them off, disposed of them, and sprayed. No wasps now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to contact this company for 3 months and they do not respond to email, live chat, or phone calls. It is so frustrating when you pay $150/quarter not to receive the services or care they advertise. They even had a representative come to my house in the 3 months I was trying to reach them. it?s all about getting you to sign up for their contracted service. Then even though you call and request a time for your quarterly service they ?come? on their schedule and so you ,is out on half the service when you are not there to let them into the house. They also charge the same whether they do both inside and outside or just outside. Also they were never able to solve the issue on the first try. Will also spray in pouring rain or snow.
Edge is NOT a real pest control company, as all they want is to take your money and charge your credit card a monthly subscription which is impossible to cancel. They continually asked me how they could earn my business after trying to charge me over $200 for a 19 minute inspection, which only consisted of using a flashlight in the corners of my room and under my sink.
