I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Angela Falco. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. Just want to highlight Mr. Austin’s excellent customer service. My wife first spoke to him about the security system that’s going to be put in our home, and I had follow up questions for him the next day. Mr. Austin quickly responded to several paragraphs of my questions with the system. I’ve never had such wonderful and smooth customer service until my interaction with him. He will be my recommendation to speak with to the people looking into installing security systems in their homes as well.

Angela Falco is been very professional and patient with walking us through the new security system. She has been very proactive with resolving the coordinations issues with technicians even on a weekend and ensuring the set up is done as scheduled with no delays.
