Wendell did the best install i have ever seen!! Our home is in Springdale AR. Wendell did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! cant say enough about him. He showed up on time when there was a foot of snow on the ground and 20 degree weather and part of the install was outside! He even took the pride in craftmanship to use a chisel to repair my door so the automatic door lock would work correctly. I hope that Safe Haven realize what an asset that he is to the organization

Torey Brooks - Hands down, the best technician that I have ever worked with. Torey was at my house twenty minutes ahead of time, but sat in his car until the appointed time because he did not want to disturb me. He is knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy with great customer service skills, refused to give up/leave until the job was done perfect. Too bad that he cannot be cloned for other technicians to follow suite.

Jack Pescheltenzer our security specialist was awesome!!! Explained everything in detail and even was patient and kind to our two year old that “helped” him with the installation! Great experience!
