Rolando Trinidad did an excellent job installing my Alarm.com security system. He arrived in a timely fashion, explained all of my options with a no pressure approach which made the whole process relatively stress free. He did everything I asked without question and most importantly I trust him!

Our system was installed by Jonathan Thomas, he was very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations on how to better secure our home and explained how everything works. install was clean and neat looking, took time to make sure we understand how to operate the system. Definitely recommend his service, does very good work and he is very easy to talk to and ask questions. Felt like a good caring friend.

Jonathan was a great tech, very clean and tidy with his install and he was super laid back. Willie got me all set up with scheduling a time to get my alarm system installed in my new house. Was told install would be included but ended up being charged $99 after the fact, which it looks like was in the paperwork after I was told otherwise which is kind of questionable so make sure you read the actual contract before you sign to make sure it is consistent.
