After leaving a poor review a few weeks ago, I must revise my original input. The Safe Haven team did not hesitate to contact me and make things right. The same technician who did my original install, Josh Heffner, came out and fixed the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. I appreciate a company who is really there for the customer! Thank you.
This is direct update on the review I left under RED G. for 2 stars. I was pleased to have Chris Grantham reach out to me and clarified that the 2 month waiver would arrive as a check. Therefore, was misinformed and jumped to fast of conclusions. Zovek did an excellent job installing my ADT system. He was on time, very respectful and kind. I would let Zovek install my adt anytime .
Kyle and Brandon did an excellent job with selling the adt package to me. They were very informative and detailed on what I was purchasing. Would definitely do business with those guys again.
Great experience working with Safehaven ADT. Jason, Jake and their team provided terrific customer service and product knowledge. They were patient, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My install was clean and took less time than initially scheduled. I would highly recommend them and their services.

Jake Henke from the N. Kansas City location was the most professional, courteous, patient (we are not the most tech savvy people), informative and fun installer of any system we have ever had. He never tried to upsell us on any equipment we did not need, and he explained in easy to understand terms, the functions of the devices he recommended for our system.
