Our system was installed by Jonathan Thomas, he was very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations on how to better secure our home and explained how everything works. install was clean and neat looking, took time to make sure we understand how to operate the system. Definitely recommend his service, does very good work and he is very easy to talk to and ask questions. Felt like a good caring friend.
Salvador from Safehaven was an amazing person very thoughtful and catered to my needs and questions.
Jonathan was a great tech, very clean and tidy with his install and he was super laid back. Willie got me all set up with scheduling a time to get my alarm system installed in my new house. Was told install would be included but ended up being charged $99 after the fact, which it looks like was in the paperwork after I was told otherwise which is kind of questionable so make sure you read the actual contract before you sign to make sure it is consistent.
Omg Kathleen was amazing from the time she answered the phone if you’re looking for services you should most definitely choose to allow her to service you!
Jonathan Thomas was the Safe Haven Technician who was able to resolve my issues that others were not. Jonathan was on time, courteous, listened well and persisted or researched a solution on the spot if he did not know the answer. 5 stars!
