Jonathan was a great tech, very clean and tidy with his install and he was super laid back. Willie got me all set up with scheduling a time to get my alarm system installed in my new house. Was told install would be included but ended up being charged $99 after the fact, which it looks like was in the paperwork after I was told otherwise which is kind of questionable so make sure you read the actual contract before you sign to make sure it is consistent.
