I wrote a bad review about a problem I had with trying to buy a UTV and they wont post it on there reviews. Not nice people!

WARNING !!!!!! These people are scam artist. I purchased a utv from them. Said they had one and would send if right out and I would have it in 4 weeks. they took my money from my bank account that day and 5 weeks later no UTV and no tracking number and all I got was a run around and mean and nasty ass manager. Finally after numerous calls, he said if would be 8 to 12 more weeks before I would get my UTV but then tried to sell me a bigger one for $1,500.00 more. We purchased a Jeep for our grandchildren back in November 2020. We were told there was a 6 mos warranty. Well, here we are with the jeep and for the last month it won't start. We place a trouble ticket online as the 800# says to do and SEVEN DAYS later we have not heard from anyone by phone, text or email. My husband calls the number today and FINALLY gets to talk to a person that says nope, you have a 6 mos parts warranty take it to anyone you want and hung up the phone. Piece of junk!!! The first time I tried to start this it would not start. I contacted the business and was told they would contact the warranty side of this place. I never got a return call or message from them . As of yet I haven't been able to get this started. I feel that they sold me a $3000 pice of junk,

I dont know if these other reviews are with a different company, but this is definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. They took over 6 weeks to deliver a golf cart that doesn't work and didnt come with the attachment that we ordered. When we call they either hang up, keep you on hold or evasive

The customer service is HORRIBLE! The customer service reps are rude, unprofessional and liars. I ordered an item from SaferWarehouse almost 5 weeks ago. I called about week ago and was told my order had already been shipped and that I would receive it within a week. It's been over a week and still have not received my order. So I called and was told my item I had ordered has not even been made, let alone shipped.
