Great sports not great! got the old bait and switch with salesperson Molly. Ordered a golf cart with digital screen and didn’t get digital screen got the lower version of golf cart when we were promised the upgrade. Refusing to take any responsibility as they already got my $11000 in cash. Will not be referring this company to ANYONE in Florida or elsewhere! Absolutely no compromise from this company!

Inadequate Customer Service: Exceptional customer service is a hallmark of a reputable brand. If the brand doesn’t provide satisfactory after-sales service, it could be a sign that they’re not committed to their products’ quality or customer satisfaction. This decribes this place to a T! Buyer beware!

I purchased a move it 9000 collapsible power wheelchair. It was rated at 450 pounds load. There is no way that this chair would even fit someone that large! There is no way to disconnect the back up bell for inside personal use. The seat belt is too small for a large person so it’s useless. I tends to turn down any hill whether you want to or not! You have to slowly work up the hill. I wouldn’t recommend this chair for anyone!

Hola,este tipo de scooter es muy potente,un rapido arranque,muy buena maniobravilidad,pero tiene varios defecto... 1-no es muy buena para las curvas,pues el parador o burro pega mucho el lado isquierdo. 2-los frenos no sirben,especialmente el freno de tambor tracero,del 1 al 10 le doy un 2 es una barbaridad. 3-no hay suficiente espacio para instalacion de una llanta mas grande en la parte tracera. 4-el tornillo del drenaje del aceite es de muy mala calidad,se desgasta facilmente. Por lo demas esta muy bien

Bought an electric scooter ($1,400+) including having it assembled and delivered. When it arrived the right mirror was broken, even though it was strapped into a plywood shipping crate. This shows they don't quality check deliveries before shipment as there was no damage to the shipping container when received. When I uncrated, I couldn't get the seat storage compartment open. Called "Service" and they weren't open even though it was 11am on a Friday morning. They advertise being open for service from 9am-3pm Monday-Frida... read more

I bought a steam shower and the control panel is not working... i called to ask about what i could do and the guy on the phone just brushed me off and tiold me to fill out a form on the saferwholesale website so i did and still no reply... why wont anyone contact me back about a defective item that they sold Horrible company

Went to SaferWholesale to look at ATV'S. Planned on purchasing 3. Open at 10:00 and had to wait until almost 10:30 for someone to open up. We were shown where the showroom was and were on our own. When someone came by and we asked a few questions, they did not know the answers and just walked away. Apparently they did not want our business.

Stay far away!! We ordered a sidecar from Safer Wholesale and recieved a damaged product so we refused it and never made it off of the truck. But they still tried to charge us for it. We had to fight to get out money back after they lied to our credit card Company stating that it wasn't damaged. After we showed pictures and had to write 3 different letters to our Credit Company fighting to get our money back we were finally reimbursed. Save yourself a headache.

They have the worst customer service department. Never got to place an order. I wanted to buy a scooter sidecar and called to get some technical assistance for self-installation. Each time I called, 4 times, they either hung up on me or said they would email the information and never did. DON’T BUY from this company.
