Go kart arrived damaged in crate, missing parts, also parts made wrong. go kart cable attachment made backwards. Go kart poorly built !!! Customer service rude!!!!!

I wouldn't order anything else from this place. The go Kart was very poorly made and missing parts. The customer service is rude!!!!! Not helpful!!!!

I would give them zero if possible. The sled arrived badly damaged and missing parts. As it is a Christmas gift I asked If I deliver it back to their warehouse and get a different one. I was told they don’t do exchanges. The “service rep” hollered at me ( to be fair I was also raising my voice). He informed me it was damaged in shipping. There is no way some of these issues were caused in shipping. I told him parts were missing and he told me the trucking company took them. Following up from my previous 2 reviews. After waiting more than 2 months for my item and still not having a tracking number or any information as to where my scooter is, I filed a complaint with the BBB. SaferWholesale called and informed me that they would be cancelling my order and no longer wanted my business specifically because I filed a complaint. I never wanted to cancel and I told them that but he said they still didn't want my business due to the complaint. Awful business practice and awful customer service

wrote this review on 10/21: was told 3 different times by 2 different people that my item would arrive within 10-15 business days. It is a NON custom item. their site says because it is NON custom that I would receive a tracking number between the 9th and 11th business day from the date of purchase. It is past 15 business day and I have no tracking number and no item. Follow up: 10/26, I called again to now be told that the item was on back order and won't ship until possibly some time next week. I ordered this one because i... read more

ZERO STARS: DO NOT RECOMMEND, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. First, they sent our item to the COMPLETE OPPOSITE side of the Country. We are located in PA and they sent it to CA. After having to correct this issue on MY TIME, THEY LOST OUR ITEM. When ALEX from CLAIMS assured me he would handle it he did not follow through and call me back when promised. When questioned ALEX HUNG UP ON ME when I requested a refund on the shipping.
