The sale person (Joe) was very helpful to me. After a couple of minutes on the phone with him, I felt so constable giving him my personal information. He took the time to explain things to me even though I kept repeating the same question over and over again. I never felt so relax ordering online before, they really make you feel like they're your neighbors from next door. Great online experience!

So far so good a few hiccups in the beginning as far as customer service goes.But at the end almost a week later Bod stepped up and took the right order.the free warranty, shipping and something else i forgot...I went ahead and gave the check number to expiate shipping to the company.I was told by the company it will ship out Tuesday 12/01/2015. AI tell you what you cant beat their deals they have everything and if they don't have it they will find it for you. Anthony Renieri
