I recently purchase a golf cart from this company in March. I have never been more dissatisfied with a purchase in my life. On the outside the golf cart was beautiful. However, underneath was a piece of junk. Prior to my purchase yall never said you were giving me used batteries from 2015. By the way which only lasted 3 months. All the cables had to be replaced. Do Not I repeat do not buy from this company. I bought a Keiser m3 indoor spin bike. It was delivered to my home was broken will not work, was told that the bike was clean, in working condition. The bike cannot be fixed. the company is asking me to give them a 25% restock fee and to pick up a 200 pound bike and pay for it to be shipped back to them. I paid $150.00 in shipping. I tried to work with Zack in the repair dept. It has been a nightmare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Just got off the line with a Manager who said I studder and is the most ignorant person he has talked to. Hmm definitely would not shop here. It is obvious they treat persons with disability and any ordinary people with such discord. I called to ask a simple question. wow such rude and angry manager customer service

Awful company. I paid in full $3750 by electronic check, 6 months ago for a carport. I have maintained contact and received nothing but excuses. No reduced cost, no refund, no product, no carport. I asked to speak with the manufacturer and was refused. The manufacturer, when they finally called, claimed I needed to pay them and the invoice contract they received from SaferWholesale was for the wrong product. I will never do business with this company ever again. I'm out $3750 and no carport.

Good price, but personally, I would not purchase another product from these guys. I could find support or my support consisted of taking the brand new unit to a mom/pop shop. Service is terrible or lack thereof.

I ordered an item from SaferWholesales had a little problem in getting the item sent. After several phone calls finally got the company to get the item out shipped out..Now the problem is I can't get my MSO. I contacted them again and was told they would have to reorder the MSO. Didn't hear anything so I called again and was not given any useful info. Was told to E-mail and wait.

do not buy anything from them. i have tried contacting them for over a year with no responce from them.bought a moped from them it has been nothing but a piece of junk.will not recommend them for anything sogo somewhere else if you are looking to buy.

Do not buy from this company. They do not stand by their new products. I bought an ATV which would not start. Instead of taking ownership and bringing the product to new by paying for the adjustments needed, Great Sports instead offered a parts credit stating that I agreed to their terms that they were unable to pay for adjustments (only repairs). I purchased a Beemer sidecar in June 2018 from Saferwholesale. I was told the item was on backorder until August. The sidecar came in the in beginning of October.
