I purchased a motorized trike which arrived in a broken crate with damages to the trike and without any operating instructions. I talked to Zack who made promises he did not keep and even hung up on me when I called. Eventually, when my bank got involved, they picked up the trike but did not issue a refund. Let's just say this place sucks! They sell cheap Chinese junk, and their customer service is the worst ever. Waiting over 4 months for one part, sent a part that wasn't even close to correct, obvious they don't even know what they sell. Excuse after excuse, rude, unhelpful, won't take their junk back even after failing to provide any service or repairs under warranty. One star is too much! The motor went out on our coupe 3 weeks after we bought it. Been waiting over 3 months for a warranty replacement motor, then sent the wrong one, another month has gone by now waiting for the correct one to show, so they can then ship it to us. Always a different excuse as to why it's taking so long, they had a motor, but it was burned, other guy says they had 2 motors, but they were both burned. Horrible company. I bought a tow dolly and it arrived damaged. I called before they off loaded, and the representative said they'd send the parts and to go ahead and accept it. Then they refused to do it once I'd accepted it. Avoid this outfit like the plague!

Bought a Coco Coupe limited 06-01-22, Received 7-8-22. Had it 3 weeks motor went bad. Sent several support tickets, no answer. Finally called, parts guy said he had motor in his hand. weeks later no motor, more support tickets no answer, called again parts on the way, over Two months later NO Motor. No idea when motor will get here, and always some reason no parts. Sent several support tickets requesting paperwork to get title. Again, no answer, seems to be a common problem. I WANT A REFUND. Bought a utv from here and had it less than a week and the carburetor doesn’t work. It was replaced and still doesn’t start. THE ENGINE DOESNT WORK. I have called multiple times filed a BBB and they refuse to do anything about it. Over 7 thousand dollars. Do not dare to purchase from here. They are combative and 3rd party reps which mean they don’t have expert knowledge on what they sale. They also won’t except the return even though it doesn’t work.
