you want to buy from a crooked company this is the site bad customer service, received my order all damaged up i call the company and they said to put it together that way we can see what is damaged front and rear clips broken both sides of floor pans cracked missing parts the dash and the nose of the utv all cracked up maybe frame damaged i have contacted them and nothing just keep saying we are not going to give you a new one , but i have to take this unit apart and replace all most all of the unit missing parts on motor ... read more

At first I thought this was great! The salesman had sent me everything promptly and it seemed easy to order and purchase. I was sent an estimate however, no dimensions or details specs had been listed. I had been speaking with Craig several times regarding what we were looking for. When the cart arrived it was not what we discussed. It is a mini golf cart that is not suited for 6 adults or any person under 4ft tall to drive. The sales department was great but the parts and service and customer service people were the biggest jerks i have ever dealt with. I owned a 100Million dollar company before selling it and interacted with tons of people. Hands down the worst customer service i've ever seen

I ordered a clash 200 back in December of 2021 got it in January 2022. Damaged. it's now 2/21/22 and am still waiting for Jon in the warrenty dept to either say they can't get the part or they will refund me the money.they have pictures of the damage. Didn't even offer to pay for the part to be fixed.

Do not buy from this place!! The item I ordered came off the shipping truck broken and in pieces. When I asked the seller to help to get it fixed, they said it was my responsibility to fix it. When I asked for instructions on how to fix it, they said they did not have any written documentation. They should have taken the matter up with the shipper who broke it, but they refused to do that.

we bought and the crossfire was delivered so fas so good but the windshield that was paid for did not come,also we thought we bought a rear seat but was mistaken. IT is hard to to get help as we a old and need help . not up to buying online should bought localy.

Filed fraud case through my bank and was awarded full refund. Item not what was advertised. Very rude customer service. Don’t waste your time and money with these people. BEWARE!!!!
