Bought a mini jeep for my son 10 months ago and it is a piece of crap! Has not run since purchase. Two mechanics and several acquaintances worked on it prior to taking it to a mechanic. Has been in his shop for 6 months because when ordering parts it takes 2 months to get them. Do not purchase from here!! Only giving one star because zero is not an options.

got moped from them .and having trouble with it running right have called and called them.the person i talked to didnt seem to know anything about the moped or what to do to help me.told me to take it somewhere and have them fix it and hung up.NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER MOPED IS A 2018

Bought the 50cc atv utility. KAN-Model 7B. It arrived two days ago. Gas line broke had to replace today. The rear ended locked up. Fixed that. Followed the video just as it was shown. My husband works on racing go karts and race cars so when he tells me that he’s extremely disappointed then I believe him. I called support and gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED NO MANUALS FOR A SCOOTER OR ATV EVERY CALL THEY HANG UP OR PLACE YOU ON HOLD SCOOTER AND ATV WAS NOT NEW USED PRODUCTS WERE PACKAGED I HATE I PURCHASED HERE NOW I'M STUCK WITH A NOT WANTED PRODUCT X 2 BUT IM OUT OF ALL THE MONEY I PURCHASED NO TITLE FOR MY SCOOTER PURCHASE YOUR ITEM ALREADY ASSEMBLED BECAUSE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF NOT

brought scooter in May received it in June with no title sent all info vin number and all still no title even though I paid for express I was told there is no express so I lost $29.95 that I was charged for express title now its july still no title call but get the run around always told it will be mailed on Friday I hope I get to have fun on my new scooter before the summer is over .

Company sells equipment that is unsafe with no issues and then turns around and charges restocking fees for returns. I suppose they make a great profit off of those fees. Pitiful.

Back in October 2017, I purchased two solar generators to send to Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria wiped out power lines all throughout the island. The generators come with two solar panels each, meaning I got four solar panels. They were supposed to come with a 20' cord for each solar panel. The generators came with none. I called the company and Jon, in parts, told me he would send me the cords. I only got two. When I called again, he sent me another one. I ordered a large, beautiful, red, tent several years ago. Soon after I ordered it , it rained. The $400 tent leaked and the painted white windows ran. Awful! Company will not stand by their merchandise. Will never buy anything from this company and don't recommend buying a tent.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE Denied a simple exchange. My wife bought 2 battery operated scooters that are still new in the box. We tried to exchange these for the gas models and were told because we ordered them online they could not help us. The reason we chose this place was because we knew they were close by. What a Crock!!!
