After my payment cleared I was told that the color I wanted was not available. I picked an alternate color from the two that were listed as available - even though they were my last choices in colors. The bike was received quickly after that. Awful, I bought a electric scooter for my son to use in college and we took it to college in jan 2017 by April 2017 the charger just stopped working. So, beginning of May I ordered a new charger (100.00) and it did not arrive until the end of June 2017. (almost 2 months) By that time my son was home on summer break and so on August 24th, 2017 we took him back to school. Took the charger out of the box and plugged it in. Saferwholesale Needs to take responsibility for ripping off its customers. Taking money. Giving wrong tracking number. Everyone is deaf dumb and blind. I put in request to refund my money on the 23rd last month on the 25th, I did their formal request everyone says talk to Jon in Parts that he handles warranty's. I paid for my parts which I didn't get. I am on hold right now eating my minutes up on my track phone. these guys are crooks! They can not be trusted! Please share this and post to all you know.
scooter i bought 5 months ago already needs transmission/motor replaced jerks really hard going into first gear.have had to tighten or replace nuts bolts clamps.not very happy

Worst ever experience....I purchased (financed) a golf cart May 16th and informed it would be 4-5 week back order. 1st thing I received the invoice over priced which was fixed, then my 4 weeks turned into 16 weeks. I ordered 2 items from you , I told them items had to be at my home no later then 4 August,1 item arrived .i contacted shipping company to set up a time window,was informed by them that item would not arrive 7 August . Tried to talk to your people and was basically told either to drive 2 1/2 hours or tough . Your shipping manager was very insulting and rude, did not make any effort to try and correct issue I was having.
