The Salt Cellar is a Valley landmark restaurant, serving fresh seafood since 1971! Sourcing fresh from across the country as well as outside this country. i.e., Ora King Salmon from New Zealand. They fly in whole live Maine lobster and open them table side for their guests. Their fresh fish includes halibut, Chilean sea bass, Florida grouper, ahi as well as George’s Bank sea scallops and #1 white Mexican shrimp.

Mixed bag. Interesting place. Unique, because it's underground. That said, it's cramped, and not as posh as the prices would suggest.

We had an enjoyable experience. Service was top notch. Steamed Mussels on appetizer list were delicious and plentiful (24 by my count). The only disappointment was the bread basket. We suspect the bread was stored in the frig. It would have been better for the bread to have been warmed. Entrees were execellent.
No Meals at the bar!! if you are alone on a business trip don't waste your time going here, no meals at the bar! Too bad most of us have big expense accounts. I travel all over the world and this was a first time experience for me but not a good one!
