Overall it is a great place to shop for music gear. I would have given it a five star review but I wasn't as happy with the new tech they have. He had my guitar for over a week and I had to go in and ask if it was ready more than once. I highly recommend Alex if you want someone who will give you knowledgeable service on guitar stuff. They make you feel like they care more than other big box stores. I'm in there a lot and feels like a smaller business because they tend to remember you.
