When they have good people and are on their game, they are helpful. If they have become disinterested in their customers then I would look elsewhere, but if you simply want or need something and it's there then I'd say buy it. I traded a guitar and purchased another one and it was an interesting and positive experience. I was there recently and it was like there were no employees. The sales rep was knowledge and helpful. He knew what I was asking about, had a friendly and courteous manner and produced all the items I was looking for. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would do business with him again.
