Just bought a practice pad at the Sarrasota Fla store / and the salesman really impressed me. Not only in treating me really well - but also in his respectful approach to a customer whom I believe has autism. Gentle and patient and appropriate.
Experience of the staff and inventory is exceptional
Went to other location in New York. Mark the guitar tech. Set up my 12-String acoustic electric and replaced strings and made sure the action was in good working order along with the guitar electronics. Jeff the sales representative found a nice Guitar Case for my 12-string.
Ric from the drum department immediately greeted me when I arrived. He walked with me to locate the digital interface I was looking for. Then got the manager to open the gear case for me to buy one. Then he showed me a laptop stand that I also bought. Ric went the extra mile to find what I needed. He was really authentic. Nice job Ric!
Always have a great experience when I go into the Sarasota location. Grant is my guy and he ordered me a new hihat pedal and restrung my guitar. Looking forward this summer to buying my Taylor with Sam Ash
