When I visited yesterday they were great. Eddie greeted me at the door and was very helpful in working with me to pick out an appropriate mic stand for recording with my new studio set-up! Happy to support Sam Ash as they supported us back in the tour days of Girls Rock and Girls Rule. Highly recommend.
They always have what you are looking for and if they dont they will get it for you. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to all music lovers!
The staff was knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to browse - when I said I was just drooling over the guitars, he just left me alone (which is what I wanted). Then when I had some questions about an amp, he was extremely knowledgeable and even though he didn't have the one I precisely wanted, he made good recommendations and was very helpful.
I went to Sam Ash in Sarasota, FL for a Snark guitar tuner. He learned that I was a retired music educator and gave me a professional discount....and I didn't even ask for it! Great customer relations. I will definitely use them for all of my future music needs!

Sam Ash Sarasota, great store, fantastic people, always willing to help, Brandon Katz is great! Could have bought my Les Paul Muse on line but waited until they reopened after the shut down because I wanted to make sure Brandon Katz would get my deal, knew he would make it right if anything didn't go as planned. If your not buying from Sam Ash you need to give them a try, and while your there look up Brandon Katz, he will do right by you. Don't forget to wear your mask!!!
