In a day where customer service is a lost art. My experience at the Sam Ash in Las Vegas was a welcomed exception. I met your man in Pro Audio. Tony is great. He provided excellent service. He was a tremendous help and he will be my go to guy for any future needs. It was very reminiscent of the "Good ole days" at Mahoney's Drum Shop. Long time locals will remember.

I had never been to a Sam Ash Store prior to Thursday morning. I was sent there by a Best Buy salesperson. Arriving at 2747 S. Maryland Parkway, I knew I was in the right place. As a drummer, my eyes fixes on the varying configured sets of drums. Passing the string section and seeing brass instruments drew my eyes.
